Performs detailed architectural design across a wide range of project scales, with a primary focus on single-family residential projects spanning diverse styles and budgets. As an Architectural Consultant, applies independent judgment to evaluate, select, and implement standard design techniques, procedures, and criteria—adapting and modifying approaches to meet specific project requirements. Collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary trade professionals to ensure successful project delivery from concept through completion.

Collaboration & Project Coordination
Prepares and delivers project presentations, actively participating in and/or leading client meetings. In partnership with different disciplines, consults with clients to define functional and spatial requirements for new construction and renovations. Provides guidance on design solutions, specifications, materials, finishes, equipment, and construction schedules.

Coordinates closely with civil, structural, and MEP consultants to ensure integrated project development. Leads the production of conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation using Revit/BIM processes. Directs projects from initial design through fully developed construction documents ready for permitting across municipalities throughout West coast Florida.
